Order Approval
To ensure the accuracy of each order, BagProducts requires either a formal written purchase order, or a signed copy of your Sales Order Acknowledgement before the start of production.
Minimum order
Any order volume below $100.00 will automatically be billed at the $100.00 rate plus tax and shipping.
Terms
Net 30 day terms are granted upon approved credit. A completed credit application must be signed and submitted for consideration. Credit approval process may take up to two weeks.
Delinquent accounts
Accounts with outstanding balances will not be shipped until balance is paid in full. Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be charged to outstanding account balances.
First Time Orders
First time orders require a 50% deposit before production can begin, with the balance C.O.D.
Samples & prototypes
All samples will be charged at the price list rates. All prototype work is charged at a $75.00 per hour rate plus materials.
Lead Time
Standard lead time for manufactured items is 3 to 5 weeks. Stock items are able to ship within 5 working days.
Expedited services
Expedited services available. Five Day Express Bag Service Available - Add 15% surcharge.
Deposits
30% Deposit required for open account orders requiring custom manufacturing or handling.
Overs/Unders
Any product that requires imprinting of any kind will be subject to a 5% over or under quantity variance. All imprinted orders will be produced only with the understanding that this condition is not negotiable.
Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped via common ground service unless otherwise specified by customer. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to customers invoice.
Shipping Charges
All orders requiring cartons for shipping will be charged for a portion of the box cost. This charge is $2.00 per box and is included in the shipping charges as is a freight insurance charge of $.25 per $100.00 valuation.
Return Authorization
No goods may be returned without first receiving a return authorization number from the BagProducts customer service department. No goods may be returned that were correctly manufactured for a specific customer. Unprinted stock merchandise may be returned, but
will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Photographs
CTA Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to use BagProducts’ manufactured customer bags including logos and artwork for promotion, including photography for catalogs and tradeshow displays. Written notification restricting such use must be received in writing prior to
bag manufacturing.
Indemnification
Customer warrants that it has the right to use marks, symbols or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify, defend and hold BagProducts and its officers, shareholders, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, and costs including attorney fees and costs, in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.

Occasional variations in color, texture, size or imprint, can occur due to circumstances beyond BagProducts control. BagProducts cannot assume liability for such variation. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. BagProducts acceptance of your purchase order constitutes an agreement based solely on our terms and conditions, regardless of the terms and conditions specified on your order.
Minimum Quantity Pricing
For order quantities of less than the minimum quoted price, please add a 15% surcharge.
